The pizzeria uses only fresh ingredients mixed with wisdom and fantasy. Thanks to the long rise and the use of high quality flours, the dough is very easy to digest.
Pizzas are handled and flavoured by the long standing pizzaiolo Stefano and then baked in a special rotating wood-fired oven that makes them light and crispy.
In addition to the traditional dough made with 00 flour, it is possible to choose the variant with a mixture of kamut flour which is much easier to digest.
